Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or airport. Drive south to Amboseli National Park (approx. 4 hours) with scenic views of the Maasai steppe. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive to explore the park’s swamps and open plains, where you will see large elephant herds, buffalo, zebras, and giraffes with Kilimanjaro in the background. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli
Early morning game drive (best for predator sightings and clear Kilimanjaro views). Return to the lodge for breakfast. Spend the day exploring the park – visit Observation Hill for panoramic views of the park and its swamps. Search for lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and over 400 bird species. Optional activities (extra cost): guided nature walk or visit to a Maasai village. Afternoon game drive continues until sunset. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
