Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Tsavo East
Pick up from Nairobi (hotel or airport). Drive to Tsavo East National Park (approx. 4 hours). Arrive and enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge. Check in, have lunch, and relax. Afternoon game drive to Aruba Dam and the Galana River – excellent for elephants, lions, and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Full Day in Tsavo East
Early morning game drive (best time for predators). Return to the lodge for breakfast. Spend the day exploring Tsavo East – visit the Yatta Plateau (the world’s longest lava flow), Lugard Falls, and the Mudanda Rock. Picnic lunch in the wild. Afternoon game drive continues until sunset. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Tsavo East to Tsavo West
Morning game drive, then breakfast. Drive to Tsavo West National Park (approx. 1.5 hours). Arrive and check in at your lodge. Afternoon visit to Mzima Springs – a series of crystal‑clear pools where you can see hippos, crocodiles, and fish from an underwater observatory. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Full Day in Tsavo West
Full day exploring Tsavo West. Visit the Shetani Lava Flow (dramatic black lava rocks), the Chaimu Crater, and the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary – home to black rhinos. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic viewpoint. Afternoon game drive to look for leopards, buffalo, and elephants. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Tsavo West to Nairobi
Early morning game drive, then breakfast. Check out and enjoy an en‑route game drive as you exit the park. Drive back to Nairobi, with drop‑off at your hotel or airport.
